Planet Tenera


Planet Tenera is a very dry and hot desert planet, if the surface isn’t covered by mountain ranges and sand dunes then it’s where the ocean begins. Tenera’s days are filled with  brutal sunlight bearing down on the land making it difficult for all of the residents on the planets surface, which is why most organisms have adapted to their environment by having longer eyelashes, shorter and thicker fur and adapted to having more body fat in their systems to survive the planets dryness. Foliage of the planet tend to have waxy skin to combat suns rays and conserve water.
Another aspect of the planet is that the days are shorter than the nights. Because of this most of the inhabitants are nocturnal, and sleep during the day to conserve their energy. Some civilizations have even taken underground to shelter themselves for the sun. while the majority of the planet’s surface is desert the north and south poles are a tundra. And the closer the poles the more humid the desert becomes.

 Wink Brooke is a town surrounded by water from wink River. So the main resource is fish that is sold to the Squirrel King and Fix City. The east and west sides of Wink Brooke competes against one another because of each others different fishing methods the Westside likes to use fishing rods to catch their fish, while the Eastside likes to use nets. In the middle of the town is the town circle where the marketplace for Wink Brooke takes place. South of the Town Circle is the fishing boat company by Mr.McBoat of the town circle is the fishing boat company called “Sail sale”.  Further south is the dark forest and up north is Mt.Sun.  While the population of Wink Brooke is very competitive and stubborn they also are quiet cowardly and quiet. If or when Wink River dries out wink brook civilians will travel up to Mt. Sun until the river returns. They never venture to the Dark Forest as they are too cowardly to try.

what is your reaction to the game you've reviewed? I think its interesting to how this hypertext game really intergated the emotional defeat of being depressed. it really gives the player an interospective look on how people with depression feel and how others react to opening up about depression, which adds to the helplessness of emotional symptoms of depression what connections did you make with the story thats youve read. discuss the elements with which you are able to connect. this whole game is based on what living with depression and how it affects daily life of the player character, and how they see the world and their peers reactions.  i don't know if some choices were crossed out because i played for free or because the player character is too absorbed by their depression to coherently think of all of the options available. i think that  this good either way because it shows that the creator is aware of all of the options and thought process involved what cha...
